Who Will She Choose?

The World is slowly turning as we watch to see who Ali Fedotowsky, The Bachelorette, will choose.  Roberto and Chris L. are both great candidates to have Ali's heart but our inside sources have told us that Ali might not choose either of her lovers?  We can definitely see why she loves both of them since they are in the beautiful island of Bora Bora! Right now, we are rooting for Chris L. since he is such a sweetheart but we feel like she will choose Roberto:(
Nvm, we now definitely think  that she will choose Roberto since she just said that she had "Never felt that way about anyone in my life."  The date with Chris L. is coming up so we will keep you posted!

Summer Stretches for the School Year!

Heey ladies and fellas!  Are you preppin for the school year's activities of cheer, dance, and sports like soccer and field hockey! Well these summer stretches will help you work your way towards a more likely chance of makin the team!  This article is more for the girls trying to hit their boe-and-arrow, heel stretch, or scorpion but it can also help in prepping your meaty muscles for school sports!! So here are some propper stretches that will Definitely Help gfs that are great for your joints and wont make you sprain your back!

Butterfly Stretch- try touching your nose to your toes while
managing to keep your nose towards the groud and back
strait.
Challenge: try reaching further than your toes and towards
the ground with your nose  touching the groud

Toe Reach- trying to reach your toes while keeping your back
strait is great for your calves and ham strings
Challenge: try over flexing your feet to get them off the ground
and you'll feel a greater stretching sensation

Advanced Toe Reach- Try to keep your back strait while
reaching for your toes. The stretch is overwhelming
Challenge: Get closer to the rised surface and this stretch
will prep you for your pikes

Prep For Strattle Stretch- This stretch is great for you hip
flexors and will definitely improve your strattles+toe touches
while strengthening you legs
Challenge: go back and forth in a fast pace from right to left

Surprise, Surprise: Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston drive to SPLITSVILLE!

It just so happens that a big SHOCKER has occurred!  Bristol and Levi have ended their engagement!  This teen mom and father broke up last week following a fight over an ex-girlfriend.  We are sure that mama Palin is probably ecstatic over the news.  We also agree with her, who would want their daughter to marry the biggest hot-mess in Hollywood, I mean Alaska (cough, cough).  They were even planning on getting married in camou  to celebrate how they both love hunting! Whatever happens, we hope Bristol and Levi make the best decision possible to help their baby!
